I called Amir at 8am and he arrived at 10am to fix an issue with my garage door opening and closing on its own. He showed me how to change my door code, changed my keypad battery and serviced the chain and hinges. Amir is professional and friendly. I reached out for a quote on a Sunday. Oleg replied within the hour, we set up a time for a quote on Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon my house was cool and I was a very happy camper. Michael arrived right on time to assess the situation and sat down with me to explain the options. I was intending to get a couple of quotes before committing, but the product (Carrier) and the price were exactly what I had in mind, so I decided to go for it on the spot. A couple of hours later, Vlad and another installer (didn't get his name) arrived and placed drop cloths down before entering my house. They were both so respectful and professional, I can't stress this enough. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. I think they left the place cleaner than when they arrived! lol. I can't wait for someone to ask me if I know a good heating and cooling company so I can recommend them. I know that I will be calling on them again if I need any of the services they offer in the future. Can't imagine a better experience. Thanks so much guys!

Michael hadn't even finished pulling out of my driveway this evening before I started writing this review in my head. Clearly he is a very busy man, but this did not stop him from promptly replying to my initial email(s) and arriving, as scheduled at 6pm sharp. I immediately felt at ease with him. At no time did he make me feel rushed and he patiently answered all of my questions and even asked a few of his own as together we navigated my bungalow from top to bottom. Even my dog Jasper (who normally shies away from men) felt compelled to curl up at his feet as he inspected the tile in my shower. I would recommend him without hesitation. In fact, I've put a link to his website on my personal Facebook page. After experiencing such a nightmare with my contractor, a pro such as Michael was a breath of fresh air. If only everyone in the industry was so worthy of 10 stars... Thanks to Michael and his report, I feel like some light will finally be shed on the dark cloud that's been hovering over my house for far too long.

Maric just pulled out of my driveway. I was so impressed, I logged on to HomeStars immediately so I could rave about his work. I contacted him this morning (Saturday) and he was able to accommodate my call for help within a few hours. I had been without heat for 2 days. He quickly assessed the problem and although he could have easily convinced me that I needed a new part, he offered a solution instead and it worked like a charm! He took the time to explain everything and didn't make me feel like he was in a rush, even though he still had other calls to attend to. He was very thorough and respectful of my home and clearly knows his way around a furnace. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I will do so at the first opportunity.
