Reviews were great so we went with this company. Man on the phone (Andrew) quoted me 20 dollars less than what i was billed for the day of. When I requested to cancel bc of large difference of price and being quoted wrongfully i was told it was a 50 dollar cancelation charge. Needless to say, I went ahead with it. They did a horrible job. I still had streaks everywhere and they didnt finish the job. They didnt have a ladder tall enough for a certain window. How are you a window cleaning company with no such ladder? I was told they would return to finish it and it has been almost 2 months now. I have reached out to this company twice but still no response. I have never in my life seen such carelessness and unprofessional dealings.
