Interior renovation and updating From the first time we met Yury, a referral we got from a friend, we knew we would be pleased with the his work. He was punctual for our meeting, came prepared and was able to provide a detailed quote quickly and efficiently. We interviewed a few contractors for our renovation project of our new (to us) home and we wanted to make sure we could live in the basement during the full reno upstairs. Yury’s understanding of our needs, ability to be transparent and suggestions offered were valid and proved to be cost savings for us — which ultimately set him apart from the crowd. His crew started on time, and were extremely respectful, tidy and efficient. We never had to worry about security or had any concerns about quality as everyone was a part of his team and he came by daily to check on the work. His original estimate was 6 weeks and our project lasted 7. That was great considering we added a few things! We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. They’ve captured everything we wanted and the house truly looks cohesive and represents us now. Everyone remarks about the quality of materials and workmanship and it really gives us comfort to know that if anything needs to be adjusted Yury will be there in a heartbeat to tend to it. We are looking forward to tackling our other projects with him and won’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone for their renovation or construction need! We were in the midst of a total home reno when we decided to do multi-room, built in audio. I found Vlad here on Homestars and called him right away after all of the positive reviews. He came out to the house right away, we talked about our requirements, and he went ahead and provided excellent recommendations and a very competitive quote. As we experienced delays with our build, we could not start right away, but when we were able to start we gave Vlad very short notice before drywallers came and he made himself available right away to get the job done. Not only was he attentive, professional and did all he could to get the prewire completed on time, his customer service is top notch. He even came back to fix some items after the contractor moved some of the wiring. Vlad, again, was able to rearrange his schedule to come out and get things fixed for us. Thank you Vlad, we look forward to completing the equipment install, when the house is ready.
