Polaron was a great company to deal with. They provided a thorough information pamphlet tailored to our install just after our initial conversation. The install takes time (start to finish about 12 months for us during Covid), but they did everything in that time. We just had to sit back and wait. They said I wouldn't break even until year 4 with my panels. That was the only thing they got wrong. We broke even in year 1. Currently trying to figure out the best way to build on to the house so I can get more roof space, and expand my solar install with Polaron.
