Friendly guys, particularly Ryan and Jessie. Technicians are also friendly. HOWEVER, It took 8 callouts to get the relatively new boiler repaired. They replaced everything but the boiler itself. It now works, over two months later. Original callout was October and the job was completed late December. Their technicians NEVER arrived on time, despite being the first job on many of the occasions. They give a time slot say from 8 - 10 and usually arrive at 9:45 or later (first slot of the day, so no other jobs holding them up!) Had I known how they work I would have contacted another company! Would you be happy?

We learn from our mistakes to ensure they never happen again. In your instance, you had a boiler that had an electrical issue that had fried a number of parts in the system. Unfortunately in these instances it is very much a cat and mouse game for us chasing the problem, when it comes to electrical issues there is a sequence of events that happen to enable the boiler fire correctly so we fix one problem that then leads to another problem in the system hence to why it took a number of services to get to the root of the problem and as you found we would leave you with a working boiler for it then to go down a few days later with another issue. With regards to the arrival times, I hugely apologize for the technicians arriving outside of the window, this is an extremely rare occurrence and I understand the frustration when it does. We work really hard knowing how important time is to our customers, sometimes we have unforeseen issues that cause a delay but we make sure to keep you in the loop if this happens. We are proud to be able to offer 2-hour appointment windows so that you aren't sitting around for 4 or 6 hours as most other companies provide appointment windows much larger than ours, again I do really appreciate your feedback and will work with my team to ensure this doesn't happen again:) We really look forward to serving you again soon.
