At the very beginning So Clean was professional and pleasant to talk. I did have issues with uploading photos of my furniture, but I am not computer savvy, so will leave it at that. The quote was what I had expected and the discussion of Covid-19 precautions was easy and respectful. I felt completely safe with the technician in my home. The technician noticed that 1 of the carpets was especially dirty with stains and informed me that this would be done last as needed steam. All stains were removed and all furniture is now looking brand new. Thank you, Carol
