3 men arrived on schedule, 9 am and got to work right away. Answered any questions I had in a professional manner. They wrapped everything and made sure my things were safe. The supervisor was the tetris guy, arranging everything in the truck like a pro. I didn't think it would all fit, but it did. We moved into a storage unit and they did the same there. Super nice guys we all got along well. And they hustled to get the job done as it was by the hour. The only thing I was kind of upset about was when they stopped for lunch, which was great, I'm glad they did, and of course they should. The time wasnt the issue it was that i had asked if I was paying for the time they spent stopped for lunch and they said yes. I don't think I should of paid for thier lunch hour as I was paying 149.00 per hour, even half hour would be $75 that's a lot to pay someone not to do anything for you. Not sure why I should pay for them to sit and eat??? Otherwise I would recommend them and infact I will use them again when i move again out of storage.

Hi Marcia! Thank for the review, we spoke several times after the move and before you paid, you never mentioned any concerns about the billing except you wanted to pay me cash and have me hide the hst from the government and I said I cannot do that, the final price was lower than my estimate, the estimate includes breaks every 1.5 hrs , this is important so they have good energy for the move, the guys combined 2 breaks for lunch, they should have explained this to you, I would have taken a lunch break off the bill, sorry about the confusion, see you next time and I will tell the guys your complaint so this lack of communication doesn't happen again.
