Our pump failed on the coldest day this year and we had no septic. The service rep made sure we had all the parts to get it fixed and going again. She gave us detailed instructions (we wanted to change the pump ourselves), all parts ready to go, and a wonderful pep talk! Even the glue was included!! We have had the Waterloo system for 12 years with no issues, so the pump should have been serviced long before this day— lesson learned for the new one. We have 2 systems now (home and off the grid cottage) and can’t recommend this system enough. I also want to recommend Marianne- she is so knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. You won’t have a better experience as you deal with ….waste!
