I noticed that a few shingles were missing from our roof so, after some research, I contacted MrRoofRepair and arranged for their roof inspection and 'tune-up'. My appointment, cost and the spectrum of work to be performed were promptly confirmed in writing. On the day of the appointment the technician was prompt and courteous, explaining exactly what he would do before commencing his work. After finishing he verbally explained what he had done, as well as his recommendation for repairing our skylight which, unbeknownst to us, was leaking into the attic. This verbal report was followed up later that day with an email containing before-and-after photos of the small repairs already completed, as well as before photos of the skylight repair and a quotation for having the work done. We felt that the quote was fair, so arranged for the skylight repair. This repair also followed the same sequence of events as the initial visit. I was very happy with the work done, as well as the attitude and integrity of all those with whom I dealt. I would not hesitate to recommend MrRoofRepair to anyone needing roof work done.
