I have used the services of Exclusive for many years now. I met Fecri once on the first property and have just left a lockbox for him for all the projects thereafter! Each project was completed very meticulously, he has always been extremely reliable and never had an issue with condo management which was always an issue in the past- either impolite cleaners or equipment dripping in the hallway. Fecri does great work with no supervision and the prices are fantastic. Highly reccomended reputable company with fair pricing, exceptional no-nonsense service!

Fecri is the absolute best. As a property manager, I know when I call him, I dont need to worry about anything further. He is EXTREMELY reliable. Always on schedule / on time. The job he does is THE best that it can be. Takes care of every detail. He never leaves mess or water trail in other areas as others have in the past. Vey professional and takes pride in his work. I am very lucky to have found him and have used him confidently on tons of our properties over the last few years. His prices are very reasonable and competitive and everything from beginning to end is just completely seamless. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend his services and will never use anyone else!
