I reported my broken window to Strata. I was expecting to wait another 3 to 6 months from competitor to replace the glass as thats how long it took in the past. I was happy to here they hired a new company. Riley from Rpj contacted me immediately and came out the same day to take measurements. The window was replaced within a week. Fast, friendly service.
