Order the laminate counter top for my customer. After 2 month my customer called me and informed me there are some problems with the counter top. Call the owner and he told me: there is no warranty for their product and installation. Don't buy from them unless you are ok with a company provide no warranty for their work.
Worst company to work with. I have ordered the few kitchen from this company. Everytime, there are mistakes---send me the wrong orders, missing item. Last order when they gave my driver the wrong order, they said the reason they gave us the wrong order is because our driver--my own driver---told them a different company name. Why would on earth, my driver would tell them a different company name. Then they promise me they will delivery my order to me the next day.It took them 4 days to delivery to me from Richmond to us..and we are like 1 hours drive away from them. Will never buying anything from this company any more. Lesson learned.
