Service Call to Replace Snow Guards
My home has an Interlock metal shingle roof, which is gorgeous. I needed to replace two broken snow guards and asked if I could purchase them for my contractor to install but I was told I had to pay Interlock $250 for a service call or they would void the warranty on the roof. I called in the spring and was told that Interlock would contact me when they had someone scheduled to come to my home. The technicians showed up unannounced, brought the wrong color replacement parts and left dents in the shingles around the new guards. I am appalled at the poor customer service I received. I strongly recommend the type and style of roof I have but suggest you purchase it from someone other than Interlock.

Patty, The lifetime warranty is a great benefit to our customers. To keep it valid, we recommend having our team service any additional work on the roof. According to our records, we made contact on August, 2011 to schedule a service. There may have been a miscommunication. Thanks for the feedback.
