Sergio from RooterWorx came to unclog a basement drain that had been overflowing. He arrived at a timely manner and went above and beyond to wear plastic booties, unclog the drain, find the root cause of the problem in another difficult to access drain and offer temporary and permanent solutions to the problem. After heavy snowfall last winter, the roof started leaking into the home causing significant water damage to the interior dry wall. I submitted a request via Homestars and Eric inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me. He left me with several options, but eventually I decided to get the entire roof replaced along with the repair/replacement of the interior water damage. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc. Eric and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition.
