Update! We were initially impressed but the doors we purchased are defective and the company told us they will fix them if we pay to replace the door and pay for the labour. This is NOT a new issue, we have been dealing with this for over a year! They tried to say that someone tried to break in our house and that caused the damage. It is an out swing door and after asking the police they said it was impossible. The door handle wasn't even put on straight. They sealed my exist window shut as well. We now have to pay another company to redo both of our doors. Absolutely ridiculous!! I would avoid this company at all costs going forward. We updated the doors and front window in our house last fall, it is the first time in almost 50 years they were replaced. The house was new to us, as was the process. The customer service we received was amazing, above and beyond for sure. The doors and window look amazing!! We are so happy and will be repeat customers for sure!
