We engaged K. H. Davis on the advice of a local contractor and met Mike to help us with our renovations. We gutted a 3 story detached house and wanted to open up the main floor, add a 2 story addition to the back and a new 2 car garage, plus the addition of several bathrooms, new staircase openings, dormers, window openings etc.. Mike was easy to deal with from the get go and it is clear the office is set up to advise us in the best ways possible. Mike was willing to make revisions quickly and is clearly informed on the best way to deal with them as to not hold up a timeline. We have done several large renovations like this in the past and have finally found a team we look forward to working with in the future.

From start to finish Jason does the job as promised. We have used Jason for projects before and his pride of workmanship and skill will keep us coming back. Our basement was a large project and one we had high exceptions for. The results exceeded those expectations and Jason's knowledge made the project run smoothly. Jason has something hard to find in a contractor, a commitment to what he is doing.

Tom was fantastic, really helped us out when we were in a bind with the city. We were very pleased with his professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thanks Tom!

The team at Foam Comfort are fantastic and we have used them 4 times now. They are quick to come and look at a job, provide recommendations and then are always able to make the timeframe work. Jason and Mike were great. Not only was the result more than expected (we expected a lot) Jason helped guide us to the best decisions by showing us previous jobs and telling us what had worked on previous jobs.
