I was in the market for a reliable, professional inspector to evaluate my new condo. I found this company on Home Stars and after reading the reviews about Don and his professionalism and service, I selected him. I was not disappointed. Don was very responsive to my initial questions and was very client focused about accommodating my schedule for the inspection. He was very punctual, and professional. He was extremely thorough and informative as we went through the condo. He had various measuring tools to use to objectify the findings he was concerned about (laser thermometer, humidity reader, etc. I would highly recommend Don and his company if you need any type of home/condo inspection.

I have used Pre-Lock in the past and have been very satisfied with their service. So when I moved into my new condo recently, I called Brian again and asked him about my front door lock. He took the time to advise me all my options, I decided to have my lock re keyed for the moment.Brian arranged to have a technician onsite within days and have the work done. This was Phase 1 of a 2 phase move for me. Dinko and his very friendly team (Mike & Andrew) arrived early and ready-to-go on the morning of the move. The move was logistically challenging as we were moving items to a condo and also to a storage unit. They understood that the truck had to be organized to accommodate two different locations. They were extremely efficient and careful with my belongings. The move went as smoothly as one would hope. They were done 30 minutes earlier than initially estimated. Dinko was also very efficient and accountable. He responded to my emails in a very fimely fashion and confirmed the move twice through email prior to the move. Our key broke off in the lock of our front door. I called Pre-Lock Security, I found them on the internet. I spoke with Brian who provided me great service and options to consider in fixing the problem. He sent me a locksmith and took the key out of the lock and I was able to lock my door again. Thanks for your great service

I had used Tip Top Trough in the past for cleaning my eavestrough and rebuilding an old section that was damaged. When I had damage caused by ice damming, I didn't hesitate to email Pierce about my problem. He responded right away and promised to get out to inspect the problem, offer a solution/quote and get the work done in a timely manner. He promised certain timelines and hit the target for each one. He completed the work in the bitter cold and took a picture of the work from the vantage point of his ladder. I would not hesitate to use him again and refer his services to family and friends.
