The day after we had very warm weather and there was a massive snow melt, I discovered water seeping into my basement from what I thought was a sealed door. Turns out, there was a stairway behind that door leading up to my backyard that had lost its seal and melting water was coming down the stairs. The joys of living in a 100 year old house I guess. Terry was able to come out that day to take a look (when I know there was widespread flooding throughout the city because of the melt) and he was able to book me in for a repair the following week. I am beyond grateful for his knowledge, skill, and just the fact he could get me in so quickly- the water was pooling under my furnace so it was not a good situation. His prices are more than fair. I will absolutely use them in the future to waterproof my basement and install a sump pump- highly recommend this company and especially Terry. Thank you!
