We hired this company back in July 2021 for a home extension/renovation project. From the get go, in the middle of the false promises and attitude of "we'll see what to do when we get there", we had to deal with unprofessionalism and negligence. There were no bids for subtrades, only trades that were brought to us which had personal relationships to this contractor. Initially we were told to "trust" them, which we did because that is why one hires a general contractor. But, soon it became clear there was no vested interest in our project or any respect to the quality of work that was to be provided or any foresight that would keep us on budget and timeline. Eventually we had to start finding our own in trades and are still trying to finish our renovation which began in September 2021. Because of Graystones lack of planning and severe mishandling of this project we are STILL trying to complete this project. I would never recommend them to anyone.
