Do not trust Michael Cousins. He did work for us on our shower to fix a leak in to our downstairs living room. He said all the right things before and during the repair, including a repeated guarantee of his work; he promised if the leak wasn't fixed he would return again to fix it. Once the job was finished and he received our money, within a week we were seeing water stains on our ceiling downstairs again. We immediately called Michael, who made excuse after excuse to not come by, until he simply stopped taking or returning our phone calls altogether. He took our $3000 and did not fix the promblem he promised to fix, and then disappeared in to the night. Michael, if you happen to read these reviews, you should be ashamed of yourself.
