I found Bellevue through creating a HomeStars job listing. From the very start, I found Ron, the owner, to be extremely professional and responsive to my questions and reasonable on price compared to other companies. He was completely transparent about his process and how he arrived at his quoted price. He was also extremely patient when we changed our minds on the design several times before finally settling on the original design! Once work began on the project, Ron and his crew were very tidy and efficient, leaving the site spotless when they left. Ron has a keen eye for detail, and was careful to incorporate the features of the landscape into the fence, such as the large tree that partially sits on the property line (see photo). We and the neighbours are thrilled with the new fence! I would absolutely recommend working Bellevue, and plan to use them for our landscaping needs in the future.

My parents own several charming but aging houses in East Toronto that always have something or the other that needs fixing. For roof and gutter issues, Perry is our go-to guy because he is straightforward, reliable, and does excellent work. The last job we used his company for was for an old semi-detached house that needed over half of its gutters replaced. It also has an extension into the back yard that had never had proper drainage installed for some reason, which was damaging the building. Perry checked out the site with me and recommended the best course of action - what needed to be build where and why, where the water should be directed, what work was recommended versus what work was essential, etc. When we agreed on the job, he and his team did the work quickly, and left an immaculate job site behind. I followed up with the tenants months later on how the new system is doing and they are very pleased. Will definitely use these guys for our next job!

Our gutters were in rough shape, and our roof had several large holes that could be accessed by critters. Perry obviously has many years of experience in the industry, and gave me a thorough breakdown of all of the roof's existing problems and their level of severity, and pointed out spots where future issues may be developing. Perry and his team did a terrific job sealing up those holes and replacing our busted gutters. They worked quickly and cleaned up their worksite impeccably. I highly recommend them and plan to use Assured for all of our future roofing needs.
