I truly have nothing but good to say about our experience. Courtenay was our consultant. She was great- she listened to what was important to us (more our dislikes than our likes!) and our parameters- we were working with existing space- and revised plans as we solidified what we were after. And importantly to us, with no sales pressure- something that turns both of us off. The wait time was lengthy but very clearly indicated up front and is the reality of a covid/post covid world. The delivery of the cabinets was exactly when specified and carefully done so no damage, and the price was extremely reasonable- definitely recommend the delivery option! The install crew was also fantastic- very organized and precise- which I would expect. Attention to detail is very important to us and it was clearly there. A couple of minor pieces of damage (from building, not from delivery or install) were noticed and replacements were installed very quickly. Our kitchen was 35 years old -veneer with oak strip handle. We always thought it would be a huge expense to update our kitchen but it was so reasonable!

Landmark did a garage reroof for my elderly father in law a few years ago in North Delta . We were impressed and kept the name tucked away for future use for us which turned out to be this year. We have nothing but good to say. The quote from David was clear, in person, timely and explained. The crew was professional, detail oriented and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. We know attention to details is very important to us and they delivered. Questions and topics that arose as the project moved forward were responded to very quickly and accurately. I even said I would provide verbal references to future clients, which is rare.

We are reno'ing our kitchen and needed the top portion of the walls and ceiling replaced as we removed the previous bulkheads. My husband and son in law have done drywall renos in the past but both don't care for doing ceilings. Right from my first text to Alex we were impressed. His response was very timely and clear, his crew were on time each day they were here, cleanup was good and the finished ceiling was exactly what we had hoped for. We would most definitely and genuinely recommend this company.
