I love family owned businesses. They work hard to earn their bread and butter and it shows in their work. The head technician reported the details of the home including the dryer vent missing a flap, the neighbour's dryer vent being installed backwards! (eeks!), our dryer being sourced with natural gas (not electrical) and requiring a carbon monoxide detector, and the furnace being in bad need of a cleaning (which I found quite credible given the fact that the furnace filter, and other areas of the home were quite jammed with dirt). At the end, he showed me pictures of the vents...what a difference. It was worth doing this job right away and not postponing it. I would choose this company again. They aren't out to rip you off. In fact I enquired about extra services and they said it was unlikely it was required given the age of the house. So for that they have my business loyalty.

I'm a first time Mom and was avoiding West Coast Kids because I thought it was an upscale shop for Babies...but I needed great advice and thought a specialty shop would be the safest bet. I've been there 4 times already and have called several times + I joined them on Facebook. I'm delighted with their excellent knowledge of products & their huge variety ofproducts - what they don't have on the floor, they can special order (which I did for my crib). What I like most is that they offer great quality products & having shopped several stores, their prices are the same. Plus, I found out today that they guarantee their prices in Canada which is really great. This has become my go-to store for my baby.
