Our experience with Maple Leaf Garage Door and owner/operator Steve was simple fantastic! Communication is outstanding as Steve Always answers calls, never let them go to voice mail no matter how busy he is. We did our due diligence research using HomeStars and contacting friends referral. From the very first contact when he provided a quote in person and until installation, he has proven to be a true professional. Always punctual, polite, knowledgeable, patient with zillion of our questions, he suggested optimal type of garage door for our house and budget. He never tried to upsell or push expensive product and final price we paid was exactly what we have been quoted upon his first visit. After further research of Steves recommended doors, we concluded it IS optimal product we can rely on. Garage door installation was not rushed and it was completed in a timely manner. Capping has been made and installed by Dave and he did outstanding job, too. I can proudly say that installed doors and capping are the best in our street. Steve has provided few tips regarding door maintenance and what to expect in the future regarding door operation. Garage door opener has been installed at the same time with wiring done so neatly it is almost invisible. Amazing job, Steve! Squirrels decided to live rent free in our attic. They chewed through plastic roof vent then through roof until they landed in fluffy pink insulation and started making nests. We did due diligence research considering word of mouth recommendations, Kijiji ads and HomeStarts reviews. After talking to multiple wildlife removers, decision was made to hire Louis to humanly remove and do house proofing. BEST DECISION Ever. Lous is true professional: polite, patient, very experienced, willing to listen, explain and answer every silly and tough question. Quote was provided over the phone and was reasonable regarding work to be done. On agreed day of service Louis arrived on time, explained again what he has to do and proceeded with initial investigation from inside house to determine if any babies are in the attic using thermo-scanner. After that actual attic inspection was performed and results was negative no babies were there. One way door was installed at points of entry. We initiated discussion how to house-proof of further intrusion. Louis we Never pushy nor tried to upsell his services. He only suggested what will be good idea to do. We decided to proceed with house-proofing and metal cages were installed over all roof vents. After few days all squirrels were gone. But to our surprise in two weeks, they managed to find another point of entry. Right to his word and iron-clad 5-year warranty Lous installed another one-way door and applied industrial caulking/glue to similar potential points of entry on the soffit. New roof vent cover replacing chewed off was installed at the same time. Thus, in the last 4 months there were no further attempts of squirrels unauthorized squatting in our attic. We are very confident they will not be able to break into attic again. In case they magically do that, Louis will be here to assist! Thank you Louis for your excellent service. Price we paid was exactly what we have been quoted with no surprizes.

After May 22 storm few pieces of shingles were blown away from our roof. All roofers were overwhelmed with requests for repair and some are really taking advantage of it. Even our roofer who did our roof few years ago was overcharging. Called Bros Roofers and very nice and polite lady immediately provided very reasonable quote and promised Kevin will be taking care of our issue same day. True to her word, Kevin did arrive at promised time. Kevin is a Real professional polite, friendly, understanding and very experienced roofer. Not only he repaired our roof damage but went extra mile to reinforce surrounding shingles. He took pictures before and after repair to ensure we are aware of what had to be done. And work was really professionally done to our full satisfaction. Kevin and Bros Roofing are on top of our list for any roof work and I would highly recommend this company and their services.
