Went into Mermaid pools and spas as we just bought a new house and we were shopping for a hot tub. Went in and met Adrien our sales representative. He answered all of our questions and then some. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and funny. He explained everything to us and gave us a very good quote. We ended up buying our new hot tub and cannot wait for it to be delivered. He also gave us contacts for the fence we wanted in our backyard and recommended an electrician to install the wiring for the hot tub. We had a fantastic experience at Mermaid all thanks to Adrien.
