Tank went out on Saturday. After checking with multiple plumbing outfits, I found General to be the best value. They replaced my HW tank with the BW Defender which is the same model type that had lasted us for 17 yrs. They arrived on Monday and quickly installed the new unit and hauled away the old tank.
I had about 120 sq ft of damaged siding on my garage, Josh supplied the materials and replaced the area with the exact make and shade of siding. It looks great.

Replaced old Stablock panel with a new one. Service was upgraded to 125 amps. Very well done and all mess cleared away.

Simon examined and tested everything pointing out some items that need attention. He explained how some particular newer things work and possible problems if regular maintenance is not done on them. No show stopper problems found and I am more confident about being able to maintain the house. Very detailed and articulate. Highly recommend
