The movers worked hard to move a large amount of items. Regrettably an item was misplaced during the move which has yet to be recovered. An antique item was damaged. Augusta Movers attempted to fix it and have offered to pay for an additional fix since the first one was not satisfactory.

As we all agreed, there was another team from another company at your house that day, that was responsible for packing all loose items inclusive of the alcohol.
Our team was busy with prepping and moving the furniture and all moving bins.
We trust every member of our team. And we have never had any previous issues with anything going missing.
It is the first time we experience something like that and it is odd that it happened when we had to share the stage. :)
I believe someone else have already assumed responsibility for the missing item and although the sentimental value of the item can not be restored the item itself is being replaced.
Unfortunately One mirror did brake during the move and initial repair was not satisfactory.
The mirror is still reparable and we will make it right this time without costing you anything of course.
We wished for a higher score than 5!
It was a large scope move with a lot to pack and move( 6 men 2 trucks )and despite the broken mirror we still believe we did a great job at moving you.
