Yousef came to give us an estimate to put doors and trims back where they had been removed. He put everything up. Molding is not put on properly. Doors don't close because they are not leveled. There is a gap behind the molding and frames. We told him to purchase materials that needed to be replaced. The job was not completed. We have to start over.

Hi there,
Your doors were put on on the existing finishing frames and leveled. I've told you to purchase the hardware for the door to close properly and you were fine with it. I was aware that there was gaps and I informed you that they're was to level as best as I could. I just wish that you told me you weren't happy before I left.
Most material that was used are the old trims that were pulled of by the company you hired previously. I told you that the trims that you have could not be found at stores at the moment and you were fine with installing the old ones.
And most of them were missing.
