After sales service non-existent at the Mississauga location. Arranged delivery of a stove for a Saturday, and called a local gas company for installation. When I called the store the next day just for delivery confirmation as per the gas contractors request, Vladimir (store manager) shuffled some papers then said he would call me back. Didn't call back. I waited for a few hours and called the store again. He was serving a customer and I left my number. Didn't call back. I called just before closing time and again the receptionist said he was with a customer and would call back. This time I said no, I want confirmation of delivery immediately. After several minutes she came back on the phone and said I requested pick-up! and that the Saturday delivery was booked. I had to call another service to deliver the stove to me. Not even a call back from Vladimir apologizing for the screw-up. Head office should send these managers to customer service courses, but I guess you can't teach common sense. UPDATE: When I arrived home with the stove it had a big ding in the door that wasn't evident when I first examined it. As it is a floor model, I am now the proud owner of a $2,000 disaster.
