The worst company ever!!!!! Technicial came by, didn't even open our dryer! Said that we need a part! We paid over $250 for the service + part. We had to paid $200 for the part to replace! Turned out we didn't even need that part and the issue was with the wire that got disconnected! Now we have part that we don't need plus we paid for the horrible service!!!! NO MONEY REFUNDED! Customer support is NOT helpful at all! They keep telling us that iut's our falt! No way to contact the owner, nothing! I can't even leave review on Facebook! This tells a lot about their business!!!!! WE ALMOST PAID OVER $400 TO THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!! A V O I D !!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! WE ALMOST PAID OVER 400$
