I can always count on getting good help and advise when I go there. I really feel taken care of. On busy weekends it is sometimes difficult to get service due to the volume of customers requesting it. More staff at peak times maybe??

I had great service in the store from Beverly and at my home from Mike, Ashton's technician. However, there were hiccups from the start as a result of a lack of organization within the company. Bev did a fantastic job to try and rectify the situation and Mike is welcome in our home ANY time. As for the company its self... the jury is still out .
