renovation-tree removal-bathroom installed-odds-ends
In 2007 Jason was highly recommended to us by a prior contractor. We required the removal of two large spruce trees and a drainage system installed. Jason did an excellent job,, He was responsible, reliable, a perfectionist. When he said he would be at the site he was there. Twice he was held up and telephoned. His work site was left spotless. In 2008 we hired Jason for renovations in our downstairs. This involved removal of old insulation and building the room from the concrete walls out ... studs, insulation, drywall, taping, painting, drop ceiling, boxing in of pipes etc., drilling the concrete for the bathroom pipes to be installed. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the project including the building code. He kept the mess to a minimum with air purifier and vacuuming, blocking air ducts and enclosing areas where possible. He also installed all of the bathrooom fixtures after the water pipes and drains were in place. Everything he did was exact and precise. We find Jason honourable, reliable, trustworthy and does excellent work. Indeed, we trusted him completely and whan absent from our home we left him a key for his access to finish the job.

"Maryann",
The coffee and tea made it all worthwhile! I suspect the drainage will be put to the test when the snow melts this spring.
This is another wise client...She booked to be away from home while most of the demolition and construction was taking place. It takes some of the stress off of both the homeowner and contractor. If you have a solid plan and a trustworthy contractor, why not get away from the "dirty" part? "Maryann" was able to stay involved and informed by email, digital photos, and a third party trusted friend.
The end result? More living space, increased home value, new friends made.
