Walt came out a few days after I called, and got back to me with broken down estimates the next day. When I accepted, I was shocked that he could start within days. His numbers and start date were the deciding factors in our choice. Plus the positive reviews given by other customers. The weather and a couple of problems with neighbours extended the anticipated finish date. I also threw in extra work with a clothesline installment and a decision mid job to add a second lower deck. Our main deck has a privacy screened area with solid lower half. We have added a sun sail and spent a lot of time there already. The job included teardown and removal of old deck and fencing. Cleanup was done daily. Whenever we had a question or needed advice on a choice, Walt's response was always bang on. We are very happy, our dog is thrilled to have access to the whole yard and the problems with the neighbours were dealt with to their satisfaction. Now I look forward to getting the gardens in shape and having a few friends over to sit outside and enjoy our new yard and decks. Thanks, Walt. Very happy with everything. Highly recommended.
