I was looking to upgrade my existing security camera which was over 9+ years as well as to add a couple of additional cameras to the existing setup. I called a few companies who provided me with quotes. Not only were the quotes provided by these companies higher but wanted to me to have a separate setup for the new security camera. There by increasing the cost further. I called Engineered Alarm Solutions and spoke to Gabriel, who was very detailed and clear in explaining everything to me and was in no rush to get me off the phone. What I liked about Gabriel was that he didn't try to sell me 2 sets of equipment for both the existing and new camera setup and Instead he advised that there be one setup which is what I wanted as well. He answered all of my questions both before and after sending me the quote. He provide me with the specs for the various cameras and DVR equipment recommended by him in order for me to make the right decision. What I also liked and gave me confidence in choosing Engineered Alarm Solutions Inc was that I was not asked for 50% of the total payment and instead full payment be made once the job was completed to my satisfaction. This confirmed to me that this company knows what they are doing and will do it right the first time around. This has happened only once before and I have not had any complaints. Once the decision was made to proceed, the installation was scheduled within a week time but was bumped up to an earlier date which I was very pleased with. The technicians (Tom and Hamid) arrived on time on the given date and were very profession and courteous. Before starting the installation they walked me through on how they planned to run the cables for the new cameras. They provided me with an alternative solution for the cables when I had some concerns. Tom answered all my questions and ensured that all the cameras and apps installed were working properly. I am very satisfied with the excellent client service provided from start to finish by the Engineered Alarm Solution Inc team and look forward to long time relationship going forward. I have no problem recommending Engineered Alarm Solution.
