My old boiler broke down unexpectedly and due to the age and availability of parts, I needed to purchase a new one. I called a number of other companies and Cozy Castle Heating was by far the best option for my needs. They were extremely knowledgable and responsive. They offered the best price which was significantly lower than one of the larger companies. As we were heading into December, I needed to make a decision quickly and the entire process took less than 3 days. The installation was a massive job as the hot water tank as well as the old boiler had to be removed. The new unit had to be mounted on the wall and the whole install took over 12 hours. I couldn't be happier with their services. They took all the old equipment away and cleaned up after the install. I would highly recommend them over the larger, more established and more expensive competitors. Everyone on the team was so professional and responsive. I don't say this often, but they were a pleasure to work with and I will continue to use them when needed. I'd give them more stars if there was the option.
