This is the second time we have worked with Paul and his group at Plancaster. the first time was a dead thermostat, which was replaced same day and looks great. We just turned our AC on for the first time this spring and it was dead. at 830 am I called, and a team of technicians was on site in 2 hours, our AC unit is 15 years old, and not really worth fixing with the extent of the damages, its nearly 4:00 now, and they have completed the replacement, as quoted, and have exceeded my expectations.
