Landscaping front and backyard
Wanted fill for the front and backyard, patio stones taken out of backyard as well as some smaller bricks in the back as well as the back steps. Asked if they would be able to do new steps but not able to do that. When they were done it all looked beautiful. I just wish they had put more fill in the backyard since they know what they were doing. I invisioned filling up the yard a load of fill and then the grass. That wasnt done as I thought they know what they are doing. Anyway we will redo it a bit as the ground was so hard under the new grass that it is bad in spots. They did put new drainage stonework at our basement windows as they never did have and they should have. Thankyou. When we get someone in to help us we now know what to do

Thank you for your feedback. However, your backyard was already high enough and we can only apply so much topsoil to it because it needs to match your neighbours backyards for proper drainage. Unfortunately, its not about envisioning it with a lot of topsoil because applying extra topsoil wouldn't have given it proper drainage. You guys had no idea that you needed window wells and we told you that you needed it. Otherwise, water would go into your basement. You're welcome! You also did not tell us about the small bricks that needed to be removed when we came out for an estimate and we went ahead and took them out as requested when we started the job. As for the steps, we told you that we can do it and that you would have to call us back since we had already done the grading and sodding. We'd be more than happy to show you our stone work (interlocking, steps and retaining walls)! Very misinforming review.
