I was referred to KCL by GE when I contacted for repairs for a GE gas dryer that was outside of the warrenty period. They gave me KCLs contact information. When KCL called me back they immediately identified what the issue was (a broken knob) and offered an immediate remedy I could do right now myself, and where to get the simple part locally. The advice worked and I can dry clothes again. Its rare to encounter someone who 1) takes the time to hear your applicance problem over the phone 2) Helps you fix it for free It was my first time calling KCL, but I will definately use them in the future.
