I found HTR on Facebook, I had initially hesitated to call them based on all sorts of scary stories that I had heard about contractors. But my experience with HTR has been nothing short of amazing. What I am impressed about is their customer service, timeliness, details to work, workmanship. Ivan was our sales/contact person, he is very respectful, responsive and patient. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He didnt pressure us at all. He returned calls immediately and kept us in the loop. We had a strict deadline because of an upcoming event at our home and HTR ensured that they completed the work exactly as per their contract. I would not hesitate to recommend my family and friends to HTR Windows and Doors. Amazing work, excellent team. All installation completed in just one day and the place of cleaned spic and span.
