This was my first home renovation and it was the worse experience. As per, the contract it states that these individuals would be supervised by the contractor they were NOT. Did not take accountability for there staff and the horrible job they did within our home. She tried to blame us for the damage they caused, when we had a video to support our claim. They did not even offer a discount for the trouble they caused but threatened to put a lien on our home because, we refused to pay the remaining balance until the stairs were fixed. We are still left with a horrible paint job they do not provide a clean finish and would NOT recommend.
