This was actually a complementary service that we received from Servicemaster Restoration since they were doing some repair job in our home. They were able to accommodate our schedule, and the cleaning staff were very punctual! that's exactly what we liked about servicemaster. I was told by the cleaning staff that it'd normally cost $150 for the job he did that day. We were very happy with their service.

We were quite pleased with Straight Line's work. The leaking issue has been on going for quite some time, before Straight Line came in, we had two companies tried to fix the problem. The house wasn't leaky for only 6 month. We believe the problem should be solved by now. The repair was done by straight line in early 2012, we haven't had any issue since then.
