An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I think the true test of any designer is whether you use them again. My husband and I worked with Shona from Fitz by Design on several separate projects in our home. i wouldn't dream of attempting another one without her.She is a pleasure to work with and the trades people that she has on her team are the best! Shona is respectful of our ideas, while guiding us to a finished product that is what we hoped for; but more than we could have imagined on our own. She is excellent at keeping an eye on our budget and our vision. I never hesitate to recommend Fitz by Design to friends, because I know that they will be thrilled with both the process and the outcome. For anyone who is worried about the expense of working with a designer, I would say that the investment in Fitz by Design is more than worth it. We could never have achieved the results that we got with Shona on our own. She has spent years developing relationships with suppliers and trades people, that we would never have found on our own and are the best in their respective areas. When we work with Shona, we know that the job will be done with excellence and completed on time and budget.
