Contacted a few HVAC companies and was referred to Maric who I contacted and he quickly provided me with a quick rough estimate to do the work which was under warranty. He also came out the same day (on a Sunday) to provide an estimate for a new furnace. After getting back to me the next day to confirm that parts were under warranty he provided me with a final estimate and promptly came the same day at 6:30pm to do the repair which took about 3 hours. He provided some good insight about the furnace, the type of parts and their cost (even though under warranty) and even assisted with trying to balance the heat distribution in my older home after the installation, making sure that the furnace was working well. Overall, my experience was great! Very customer service oriented, timely contact, prompt and competent service and reasonably priced. Will most definitely refer Thermal Edge and Maric to anyone looking for reliable and competent HVAC servicing. Thank You Maric!!
