The Job - 3 day drywall job in three second-floor bedrooms...... (a) Install vapour barrier with acoustic seal on studs... followed by.............. (b) install drywall, tape, mud and sand................... Alex was challenged to apply the acoustic seal. Sealant ended up on walls and carpet.............. Early on day 1 owner decided not to engage Alex any further after the vapour barrier misadventure. The owner paid for 1 day's work.

Nik did an excellent job for my walkway. Working from my inital concept he made suggestions to improve the design. I'm pleased with design adn quality of work.... and the neighbours say the walkway looks great.
