Had a hard to clean large viscose rug (auction find) which I was going to discard if I could not get it clean. Atish cleaned and deodorized the unit so I can enjoy it. The service was quick, professional and I understand extra care was taken and experience and expertise was required for this rug. I will recommend Lotus whenever possible thanks.
