Navien CR 240A tankless hot water
UPDATE on my original review when having trouble getting in to my google account but until this is resolved please know that.... NEW REVIEW July 28, 2022 Travis and Jarek arrived for a follow-up visit because my older Navien CR 240A was having problems with leaking. They arrived ahead of schedule due to a cancellation - my lucky day. Once again the leak was a result of O-ring failure so not only did they replace the damaged ring but they did some preventative O-ring replacements which I truly appreciated. Ryan has been extremely understanding with the call backs my system has required. Jesse is the first contact most customers will have with Hudsons and she is great! And finally there is the technical team which are folks like Mike H, Jarek who is an apprentice with Travis who couldnt be better. I know more about my Navien just from listening to Travis share his years of experience with Jarek. Once again thank you to the entire Hudsons Group team for all your help and always going above and beyond. First review. Mike H was great. He arrived on time; was very polite and efficient. He located the problem with my Navien CR 240A tankless hot water system very quickly (- corroded Thermistor). I am looking forward to hearing back from Hudson Service Group later today with their return date once a replacement part has been located. On all fronts Hudson's representative, Mike H, was 5 out of 5 on all fronts.
