Big stain that has not been take care
They said after spraying, they will take care of any stain. Our sofa and loveseat now have stain, but they refer us to a insurance company which is alluding from taking the responsibility. Do not trust Magiseal.

Hi Javad. Looks like you're a little confused, but we're here to help.
We have a service department in Toronto, which is where you phoned. We explained to you that to file a claim you need to call 1-800-388-2640. That's the claims department! We did not refer you to an insurance company. We just gave you the correct phone number to call.
It might be a good idea to read over the copy of the service plan we provided you with (that same 800 number is in the bottom right corner) to better understand what is covered and what is not covered.
