We went to the Vacuum Specialists to purchase a new vacu-flo system. We were so happy with the customer service that we received. The staff were all knowledgeable and they were able to help us choose a vacuum that was exactly what we needed. They took into consideration the size of our home, the length of the carpet and exactly what we needed the vacuum for. It was delivered on time and they even helped with the installation. Great experience!

We went to coast to buy our dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge. We were very happy with the service we received. We were able to book an appointment and have someone work with us one-on-one. The gentleman that was helping us was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose appliances that were within our budget and of great value!

We used simple spaces in organizing our master bedroom closet. We worked one on one with specialists and the closet turned out amazing. We were able to utilize the space better than I ever imagined. Now we have lots of space to organize all our clothes, shoes, and even jewelry. Very helpful!

We used CDL flooring when replacing our kitchen and front entry way flooring. We found the staff knowledgeable, but not always polite. We found what we were looking for and once ordered it took almost 2 months to have it installed. We replace the kitchen with laminate and the front entry way with tile. They completed the laminate in the kitchen, yet the didn't order enough tile to complete the front entry way and it took over 6 weeks for someone to come back to finish the job. Once completed, we were very happy with everything, but we were very disappointed with the time it took to complete and the customer service in which we received.

I absolutely love this store! I have been able to find such unique kitchen gadgets that I have never found anywhere else. The staff has always been so friendly when I visit the store and they have also been so helpful. I also like that they are knowledgeable about the products they carry. They also rent cake pans, which I have found very helpful over the years. For anything from cake dyes to cherry pitters, I will only visit the Happy Cooker Emporium!!

Being our third time building a new home, we were blown away with the customer service and the way that Shane Homes have accommodated us. We are so happy with our home and can't believe the experience we had. They helped us so much along the way and we ended up with our dream home! Thank you!
