Had put in an order with Home Depot to have a garage door opener put in. I was told someone would call me within 2 days - 1 1/2 weeks went by went into Home Depot said they would have someone call me by the end of the week. NO one called by end of the week. Finally called again after being disconnect twice got the right person. That afternoon someone called left a snotty message that they had called me and I hadn't called back. Booked a time with them but they had to change it. Called back L/M about new booking, waited 3 days called Home Depot - seems the company went on holidays and hadn't bothered to tell anyone or put it on their answering machine. spoke to managers at Home Depot who took 3 days to get in contact with someone else. Booked a time with new company - they called to change time but did finally come. Long and short of it is what should have taken a week tops took over 1 1/2 months!! I will say the managers at Home Depot did put effort into rectifying the situation.

I had my bath tub taken out and put in a jet tub. They were on time, did a good job. The order for counter got screwed up but was fixed within a few days. All in all had a good experience.

I had Archdekin plumbing take out a tub, tile, and putin an air tub. They came on time, were professional and stand by their work. Rick who did most of the job didn't even stop for a break. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
