Just Junk arrived on time, and did a great job moving a pile of sod and topsoil from my yard into the truck. My complaint is with their pricing. When I called, I asked how they charged, and was told it was based on the fraction of the truck you fill with your "junk". I asked if weight entered into it (they knew I was moving soil and sod), and was told no, just volume. When the Just Junk guys arrived, they estimated that my pile would take up 3/4 a truck. I doubted it, but was willing to pay for that if my dirt did indeed take up that much space, so I said OK, go for it. When they finished (about 30 minutes later), they closed up the truck before I could see inside, and asked for payment for 3/4 a truck. I asked if I could see inside the truck, and they showed me. It was 1/8 full at the very most. The pile in the truck was 2 feet high at the tallest point, and covering half the truck bed's floor. I challenged them, and they agreed to make it 1/2 a truck, but gave me a story about the weight of the soil preventing them from piling the dirt any higher. I didn't have much choice but to pay for 1/2 a truck, but I don't feel that I got a fair deal. I wouldn't use them again.

Luke and Josh arrived right on time, explained every step of the process, cleaned up after they finished and were out of the house in less than 2 hours. Totally satisfied, would definitely use them again.

I found this company via google, submitted a quote request online, and got a prompt call back from Mike Long. We arranged for a time for Mike to come by to look at our house and quote on the instalation of a secondairy ductless AC unit. Mike arrived right on time, was very knowledgable and polite, quoted the job (including a cleaning of our existing main AC unit in the quote), and left us to think about it. We called him the next day and said we'd like to proceed. He scheduled his install, who also arrived right on time and were polite and knowledgable. We paid them via cheque, they left and all was well. However, ever since then, I've been trying to schedule the our AC cleaning that Mike promised us. Mike did make one appointment for cleaning, but his technicians didn't show up. Since then, it seems no one answers the phone at this company. I have Mike's cell, plus three phone numbers (East, West and Central) for Dr. Comfort. I've called them many times over the past two weeks and no one ever answers - I'm beginning to wonder if I'm being screened out. What worries me is that if I need to make a warranty claim, who will I call? I was going to leave these guys a 10/10 review until they stopped answering their phones. A bit fishy...

Lee was great from start to finish. He came to our new home, measured everything, and delivered a design to us using the IKEA software in a few days. We went back and forth via email (he did 6 revisions) until it was perfect. Highly recommended!
